Program Description

Event Details

Neurodivergent kids feel everything, and often without the tools to manage it. But nobody hands parents a guide to emotional chaos. In this free workshop, you’ll get the science, the real talk, and the practical tools to better understand your child’s emotional world. And you’ll understand why taking care of yourself is one of the most important things you can do for them.

Sera Gray, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, owner of Wild Lotus Therapy and Wild Lotus Coaching, and has spent her entire 20-year social work career serving and representing the Prescott community through various presentations and statewide advocacy.

Christina McKelvy, LPC, is the founder and owner of Colibri Counseling & Consulting, PLLC, and her nearly decade-long supervision in clinical mental health has given her experience in early childhood mental health, the autism community, crisis counseling in the ER, and in clinical leadership, but as a prior caregiver herself, holds a passion for those that serve others.

Health Talks are held in partnership with Yavapai County Community Health Services.
