In this special presentation, Rev. Christopher J. Corbally, S.J., of the Vatican Observatory and the University of Arizona will reflect on the Prescott Astronomy Club's history and its impact on the community. Founded in 1974, the Prescott Astronomy Club has been dedicated to promoting interest in astronomy through educational programs, public star parties, and community outreach. Over the past 50 years, the club has grown to become a vital part of the Prescott community, providing resources and opportunities for people of all ages to learn about and enjoy the night sky. This event is free and open to the public.

Star Talks are held in partnership with Prescott Astronomy Club and presented with funding from Friends of the Prescott Public Library.
