Serafina and the Black Cloak by Robert Beatty is an action-packed dark historical fantasy set on North Carolina's very real grand old Biltmore Estate. Serafina's Pa is the maintenance man and she helps him keep the place running- even if none of the wealthy folk upstairs knows she exits. But Serafina isn’t just any girl, and when children start to disappear, her unique abilities may be just what it takes to catch the terrifying man in the black cloak.

Note: The Spring session of Inktastic meets at 4 pm on March 5, April 2, and May 7. All registered members will receive a personal copy of each month’s book. If your family registers more than one child for this book club, you will receive just one copy of the book. This will make the program available to more children.
