Light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages (see Prescott Public Library’s Food and Drink Policy) may be served in the meeting rooms. Individuals, groups, and organizations using the meeting rooms must provide all supplies and equipment for refreshments and clean up and will be responsible for any and all costs necessitated for cleanup or damages.
