Summer Reading is not just for youth! Between May 22 and July 26, Adults ages 19 and up can sign up and log the number of minutes they read. Adults with 200 minutes or more logged each week will earn an entry into a weekly drawing for a number of prizes. All participants who read at least 200 minutes over the course of the program will earn an entry into a grand prize drawing that will take place on July 29. 

Three Ways to Participate– Choose one!

  • Sign up at the Adult Services Desk and receive a paper reading log to track your reading activity.
  • Create or login to your Beanstack account, join a Summer Reading 2025 challenge for your age group, and log your reading activity online
  • Download the Beanstack app from your device’s app store, create or login to an account, join a Summer Reading 2025 challenge for your age group, and log your reading activity in the app

The 2025 Summer Reading Program is funded by the Friends of the Prescott Public Library, with support from the Arizona State Library, Archives & Public Records.
