This time of year can have added stress so it’s important to make sure you are taking care of yourself and your family. This presentation will discuss ways to take a little extra care of yourself during the holidays and throughout the year as well as share a snack testing.
Yavapai County Community Health Services Health Educators, Sharmel Jordan and Teresa Manning, have a wealth of experience teaching individuals, families, and children about health and well-being with a focus on nutrition and physical activity.
