Purpose of Meeting
I'm hosting a geocaching community event where geocachers and the public are invited to attend. We will be discussing geocaching and will have some activities such as jigsaw puzzles and board games available to play during the event time. The event is also an opportunity to collect some items for the Salvation Army. I will be contacting the Salvation Army to determine the items they are most in need of, but likely it will be kids toys for Christmas or school supplies. I will make sure these items are delivered to the Salvation Army at the end of the event.
There will be small bottles of water provided to attendees.
